DNA Brands Reports Record Revenue in Third Quarter of 2011

New Agreements With Walgreens, Race Trac, Circle-K, and Select Budweiser, Miller/Coors and Former Red Bull Distributors Drive Up Revenues 22.9% YTD

During the third quarter ended September 30, 2011, DNA recorded record revenues of $467,337 compared to $165,151 in revenue during the third quarter ended September 30, 2010. For the nine month period ended September 30, 2011, DNA recorded revenue of $1,155,415, a 22.9% improvement over the same period in 2010.

Loss per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 was ($0.02) compared to ($0.08) during the third quarter ended September 30, 2010. For the nine month period ended September 30, 2011 the loss per share was $(0.08) compared to ($0.25) in the same period in the prior year.

Since the first quarter of 2011, gross margins have improved from 32.0% to the current level of 46.1%

Introduced DNA Diet CRANRAZBERRY and a new taco flavored meat product

Entered into a new promotional agreement with the Miami Dolphins

Expanded distribution to include all 800 plus Walgreens locations

Medical Care Technologies Inc. Secures Funding to Support Green Building Initiatives on Children's Health Center

Medical Care Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: MDCE), a children's health care service provider, today announced it has closed its third round of convertible note financing that to date has raised $752,500 for the Company.

Beijing, November 29, 2011 - Medical Care Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: MDCE), a children's health care service provider, today announced it has closed its third round of convertible note financing that to date has raised $752,500 for the Company.

This funding round came from private investors living in Hong Kong and totaled gross proceeds of $210,000. The Company will use the funds to address and provide for the retrofitting of sustainability objectives in its flagship children's health care center currently being constructed in Dongguan, China.  Features being considered are motion sensor light switches, programmable thermostats, certified insulation, automatic hand dryers, recycling areas, low-E windows, tubular daylighting devices, dual flush systems and low-flow faucets. Management believes implementing these initiatives will not only help reduce operation costs in the long run but also provide an environment that is comfortable, safe and productive.

"We consider this funding a strong endorsement of Medical Care Technologies Inc.'s unique focus on children's health care in China and to ultimately deliver the best facility possible," stated Ning Wu, Chief Executive Officer of Medical Care Technologies Inc. Brandon Wilson is no novice to these types of historic journeys. Website to Offer insurance to Cover Bail for Occupy Protesters

Houston, TX, November 24, 2011 - Today marks a week since the Occupy “Day of Action” in New York, which left more than 240 people arrested, five protesters charged with felony assault, and seven officers and 10 protesters injured, but the developers of a new website say they’ve made it possible for all Occupy protesters to get insurance to cover their bail if they are arrested in the future.

“This insurance will cost only $99 for the year and cover bail for misdemeanor charges up to $1,000,”said Aaron Fraser, developer and spokesman for the new websites, Occupyfannie.org and occupyFreddie.org.

Fraser added that the insurance would also cover property damage up to $500.

“The insurance only applies to those participating in an active Occupy demonstration,” said Fraser. “The insurance also covers those in other Occupy movements in other countries.”

The insurance offering could prove to have perfect timing as word of the planned eviction surfaced a day after the Occupy LA group rejected what they described as a city offer to give them indoor space, farmland and other concessions as inducements for the hundreds of demonstrators to leave City Hall on their own.

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa's office said in a statement it had "informed members of Occupy LA that City Hall park will be closed at some point next week for rehabilitation."

If Occupy protesters don’t evacuate when the park closes, arrests will be made.

“I am offering Occupy protesters an opportunity to purchase protesters insurance,” Fraser explained. “Any protester that is arrested and has this insurance can be bailed out by our organization.”

He added that Occupy protesters can purchase additional insurance to protect their personal property as well.

“They must have the insurance for at least 30 days, and collection of property insurance must accompany a police report,” Fraser noted, before adding that in addition to the insurance, those who want to help defray the cost of feeding Occupy protesters can help by purchasing T shirts from the Occupyfannie.org or OccupyFreddie.org website.

The OccupyFreddie.org and OccupyFannie.org websites, Fraser said, were recently launched to raise awareness and call citizens to non-violent action through the vehicle of public protests against Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

The protest, funded and sponsored by Gotham Dating Partners Inc., will be held Nov. 28 at the Freddie Mac building in the 8200 block of Jones Branch Drive, McLean, Va. and Nov. 29 at the Fannie Mae headquarters, located in the 3900 block of Wisconsin Avenue in Washington, D.C.

“The public can go to OccupyFreddie.org and OccupyFannie.org website to buy shirts to participate in the movement, Fraser said, before adding, “I want to connect with the young and old who are tired of corporate greed and want to show it by publically protesting.”

Supporters of the Occupy movement, Fraser explained, can now purchase insurance and also provide support to help cover other costs in the event Occupy protesters find themselves in a situation similar to the “Day of Action,” which was an attempt to delay the opening of the New York Stock Exchange with demonstrations on the subways, a sit-in in the roadway at the base of the Brooklyn Bridge and unscheduled clashes with the police in Zuccotti Park.

“It’s clear that arrests will occur, but now Occupy protesters can be covered in the event they are arrested,” Fraser said.

Scott Rajavuori was led to the prison and recovery ministry through his own experiences.  Often in life we ask God “why”? When the real question is “how”? God promises to use the things the devil meant for bad for his Glory and Good. Scott sees how healing happens in his own life and others when we take the ugly stuff of life and use it to help others to show them they can get through it if they just hold on. Scott has been spending time as both a mentor at different programs as well as life coaching and different half way houses and really likes the relationship he has with Midwest Challenge.  Midwest challenge is a program that really follows through on the mission statement and what they believe. You see many men fail when you are dealing with guys either coming from a life of chemical abuse or prison.

It is so awesome when you see a guy in a life changing program like Midwest Challenge start making good choices and you are there to be part of it. There is little better than seeing God glorified through a changed life and that comes from a man who’s life has forever been changed!

FRA welcomes Indian minister's Commitment to Forest protection

Forestry Research Associates (FRA) has spoken out in support of the Indian Environment Minister, Jayanthi Natarajan's calls for measures to cut forest degradation in the sub-continent.

Bainbridge Island, WA, November 25, 2011 - Forestry Research Associates (FRA) has spoken out in support of the Indian Environment Minister, Jayanthi Natarajan, who has opened the Forest Congress event taking place in New Delhi with calls for measures to cut forest degradation in the sub-continent.


FRA, a research and analysis consultancy, said it welcomes the statement of intentions from Ms Natarajan, who, it claimed, seemed committed to improving the situation in India.

She did not skirt around the subject of forest degradation, instead opting for a direct approach, telling delegates attending the Forest Congress that the loss of forested land is taking place on an “unprecedented scale”. She called for some major changes to take place to remove the bureaucracy that prevents measures being implemented. The minister stated, "We need to completely reform our infrastructure so that it can be geared up to face these important challenges.”

“I think we need to reorient our institutions,” she added.

She explained that the introduction of strict forest management policies should be a major part of the changes taking place to try to protect the precious assets that are India’s natural forests. FRA agreed, adding that countries like Brazil have seen a positive reduction in deforestation levels through government policy as well as measures to encourage foreign investment in sustainable forestry schemes.

Sustainable plantation schemes, like those run by Greenwood Management in Brazil, provide alternative timber to the valuable native timbers found in Brazil’s vulnerable rainforests. Investors can invest in these projects and reap the benefits financially and with the knowledge that they are investing in an ethical programme.

FRA claims that India is a demanding example as the people themselves are putting increasing pressure on the forests. The organization’s analysis partner, Peter Collins, stated, “In developing countries it’s important to raise awareness among the people that there is value in standing forests as well as in timber."
